Kittens!!!
Okay, I know that this is a blog about puppies, but this post if for all you cat lovers out there. Almost every shelter has kittens and cats, along with puppies, and whatever other animals they might carry. If you ARE a cat person, you should 100% still adopt. There are even more cats than dogs in shelters who need a loving home! Attached is a video about the ASPCA Kitten Nursery in New York. This is where stray kittens are found and nursed back to health before they go into a shelter to be adopted. This video is very important because it shows how cared for these animals truly are. Each and every one of them is treated for, if any, diseases they may be carrying and they also receive all the vaccinations necessary.
